There are definitely more people reading than I expected, at least judging by the number of people I see at the library but I definitely think that it is something that takes time and energy and most people (myself included) end up spending in other ways, like scrolling the phone, which takes less energy.

True! It's nice to be on the other side of keeping fandom active. :D
